WTB: Super 8 Converter

Anyone know where I can find one for relatively cheap, i.e. less than a toploader?

someone on yahoo auctions, constantly has them up for auction, and they usually go for 30 bucks.

Well, I went to Yahoo auctions and couldn't find one. Is there a certain keyword I need to try? I tried Super 8 and it came up with 119 matches that were just games.

One Gamestop store had Super 8 for $69.99.

I've got a Super 8, but I want the $70 for it. That seems to be the standard eBay price. It comes with the box, and since they didn't produce a Super 8 manual, I guess it's complete. As far as I know that Yahoo guy already sold out of them, so finding one under $70 would be pretty tough.

thats the seller who was selling them, either he sold out of them or just doesnt have one listed right now. email him and find out.

I bought one from him(gnotes9112000) 2 or 3 weeks ago. I paid $42 plus shipping. There were a few bidders interested in it that night I guess, so I paid more than his starting bid of $30. I didn't much care though, well worth the money for what it does.

He usually only has 1 on at a time, and he sometimes goes a week or so without listing one. He sometimes alternates between the Tristar 64 to the Super 8. So it may be a few days before he lists another. But he still has them. Try emailing him like butta said. Or just wait a little bit longer a keep checking back to Yahoo auctions. If you wait, it will come. :wink:
