That's terrible, why mutilate Nintendo boxes for such a useless reason. Especially North & South & Adventure Island 3

That's just horrible, but they probably got them as part of some kids Nintendo stuff. When I was a kid, I only ever had 7 NES games, and I taped all of the dust covers together to make my own game organizer.

My god. Someone buy those boxes, and humanely burn them. They've suffered long enough.

I would have gladly saved that Adventure Island 3 box.

Man, that's crazy. I did the exact same thing with my dust covers. I had 11 games and one was Tengen. The Tengen sleeve was longer so it made the whole setup look even worse. And whenever the tape would start to give, I'd reinforce it with even more scotch tape. The best part is, I still have my make-shift "game organizer" with all my original games (minus one which was stolen many years ago).

Perhaps the tops of the boxes were already ripped off and ruined (hopefully)

I agree... I first saw the North & South box and my jaw hit the floor... then the Adv, Island 3 box...

At least he didn't have a Caltron box in there

Well, at least the seller isn't responsible. There would be many angry questions asked if they were!

    As for the boxes...

    Gun.Smoke, too! Argh. So...so horrible...

Look at those boxes! Those gotta be worth at least SOMETHING. If I had loose carts for them, I'd put the carts in those. Easy. Better some than none.

Oh, this reminds me; I recently saw a partial box auction for Metal Storm.

I think it's kinda funny. Yea a waste of good uncommon boxes, but funny. Just think some little kid probablly thought he was the coolest kid on the block with custom dust sleeves.
Somebody make me a "CGE 2k7 Attendee banner" so I don't have to use this lame text

    damn man, that's a shame.

i wonder if the guy knows that he could profit from selling just the box alone if it wasn't cut.
