I always wondered why everone liked this game so much, until I recently found out its a 10 man killing fest!
I really want this game badly now, whats a reasonable price to pay for a complete copy?

It still is the ultimate Bomberman to this day
Saturn Bomberman is cheaper if you imported (under $25 or so)
US Saturn is about $40+
These cartridges are dirty as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!
looks like I'm gonna halfto do some trading here at DP. any1 got a copy for sale?
Good luck grabbing a copy for under 30 bucks. It shows up on ebay every now and then but it's one of the more expensive games in the library. It's defenitely worth the money though!
Ahhh, my favorite game.
While DP's online price guide clocks US Saturn Bomberman at $40, personally I seen a lot of copies lately that have gone down in price.
They can be had anywhere from $28 to about $35.
Although it's the kind of game I'd pay 50 bucks for and not feel bad about it... it's THAT good (and valuable in terms of longevity that makes plunking down 50 bones not such a bad idea)
Stay the course and I'm sure you can find a copy for under 35 bucks. Great game.
I'm sorry, but
Bomberman 64 > Saturn Bomberman
Mostly just play Nintendo 64. If you've got games PM me! Cart only.

How can you think that? 4 players vs. 10 players?Originally Posted by dbiersdorf

Bomberman 64 took a 2D franchiese into a 3D world almost perfectly, it added so much more onto the gameplay.

Well, I guess if you're playing Bomberman for the single player experience, you might welcome such a change. I think it makes it awkward, and is unneccessary.
I think most people feel that Bomberman's strength is the multiplayer game, and 6-10 player Bomberman is without equal.
BTW, lemme add that "Saturn Bomberman Fight!!" is a MUST HAVE for any Saturn Bomberman fan. It took the series into 3D well. I really think it complements Saturn Bomberman well. They're both in my top 15 Saturn games.
I played Bomberman 64 and just couldn't get into it. Fight!! is much better.
for sure the number one party game all time for me. as long as your party is made up of between 4-16 dorks. which isnt much of a problem for my friends.
Eyes - Pete and Pete, Bullet Ballet
Ears - Exploding Hearts , Tattle Tales
Hands - Neutopia II, NBA Live 05
That game is king of the multiplayer genre.
If they made a movie out of your top five worst sins, what would it be rated?

It's not quite the best multiplayer ever. I am afraid that title is taken by another Saturn game ... Death Tank Zwei
But Bomberman is a very close second. Bomberman Fight! is good, but most people I know that are not hardcore gamers greatly prefer Saturn Bomberman - it's got everything you need and retains the essential simplicity.
In terms of 3D versions, the Dreamcast Bomberman game was pretty fun too. But I have to say that the Saturn Bomberman is the best that I have encountered so far.
I have yet to get 10 players ... but the day will come!! I've managed 8, and that was helluva lot of fun!
Vroomfunkel
Saturn Bomberman is great fun, but Bomberman Online is a lot better. I wish Hudson would go ahead and port the both of them to Xbox Live!
Currently playing in my dreams: The Brutal Balad of Fangus Klot (Xbox) Citizen Siege (Xbox 360) Hand of Odd (Xbox 360)

yeah saturn bomberman is hands down probably the best in the series, i didnt care for the N64 version at all, it will cost u a pretty penny, but worth every one
I havent played Saturn Bomberman, hell I have never played a Saturn but I couldnt leave this thread without saying that Bomberman 64, is brilliant and is a must have for all Bomerbman fans.
