Usually DC games don't resurface well. CDs (at least audio and most PC) have major redundancies built in. This is why most scratches dont do diddly and if you do have to do some resurfacing, it works fine. GD-ROMs (DC), DVDs, and some other formats don't have that great of data redundancy built in and therefore, don't resurface quite as well as many of us woud wish (mileage varies).
Now, I'm not talking from experience (never resurfaced a duo disk), but I would be willing to bet that Duo games resurface fine, based on my experience resurfacing CD-Rom's for many systems.
