I like the ice stages on Chips Challenge. When I first played the game I dreaded/loathed the ice stages. But then, after a while, I got used to them and I began to look forward to those stages. Before too long they were the stages I completed the quickest.
I'm gonna go ahead and vote for the snow stage in Contra just like the original post. That board is sooo much fun but so is that game.
