Can a person claim a lottery ticket from out of state? For example, would I even be considered for that cab if I mailed my three from MN?

But yeah, I want one to scratch, one to frame with the scratched off one, and three to send in.

The NJ lottery also had a Tetris scratch game a few months ago.

Right now I have a PacMan ticket sitting on my desk which I want to include in the next edition of Phoenix. I want to scan it ibefore I see if it's a winner. Unfortunately my scanner broke so I have to wait until I get a new one before I could see if the ticket's a winner or not.
