Default Mega Man Anniversary Collection -- XBox

So I went out today and picked up my pre-order (and the last of the games I paid off back in October!) for the Mega Man Collection for the XBox.

I'm enjoying this one even more then my old PS2 (and GC) version.

I know what you're saying -- why should I spend another $20 for a game I allready have? Well, if you have a XBox, consider the advantages this version has:

-- The bonuses from the PS2 and GC versions of the game COMBINED! Everything from both versions is here! You get the cartoon, the interview, AND all the artwork!

-- 4 different controller layouts! You can customize the controler to your own liking! Two buttons on the XBox controller can shoot and two can jump, making for ease of game play.

-- All of the remixed music is here if you play in Navi mode

-- VERY quick load and save times

This is the best version out there, and worth waiting for.

Ahh I KNEW I didn't pick up the PS2 nor the GC versions for a reason. It pays to be patient!

    This will be mine tomorrow.

I mean yes I want the game, but to hope for it for the Revolution doesn't exactly make me getty.

I reserved MM GBA in Oct of '03. Still waiting.

How about the screen display? Are the games still being scaled up, or can you actually run them in true low res mode on the Xbox? That was the one thing that really bugged me about the PS2/GC releases (and, sadly, the one thing that no one mentioned about them).

I heard if you own all three Megamans, you can combine them into an Ultra Mega Megaman.

Sorry, just had to get that out for all you South Park fans.

'Bout time!!! I couldn't even play the GC and PS2 versions because of the way those haggard controls were set up. I figured they'd finally get it right on the Xbox though.

I'll be picking this one up tomorrow.

I don't know anything about the display problems. It looks fine on my TV. (shrug)

I had no idea a xbox version was coming or I would have waited and not have to deal with the sucky PS2 D-pad.

On the Xbox version can you set A to jump and X to fire which makes it a lot more comfortable.

I'm not 100 positive, but with four different controller settings and each of them having DIFFERENT buttons do different things, plus two buttons working for shooting and two for juimping, I'm SURE it's one of them.

Did anyone else pick up the XBox version?
