Ridiculous shipping prices!

I was interested in buying a PSP system. I found this auction. The "buy it now" price is good, but check out those shipping prices!

Within the US: $50 + $20 Insurance (I thought UPS included insurance with their shipments!))

And International buyers have to pay $125 dollars for shipping!! Is this guy INSANE?????

Yes, he is. He has been selling for years on eBay and his shipping prices are always that high. The shipping charge is double of what it should be. I would not recommend buying from him.
