    Default Jammed DS button

When I recieved my DS on Christmas day, I was slightly aggrivated to find a few dead pixels. I did not bother to send it back because they didn't bother me too much. Now the Y button frequently jams and the X button sticks. Is this something I can send my DS back to Nintendo for? Does anybody else have this problem? Are there any quick solutions?

    Thank you in advance.

Do you have a Tri wing driver (not a bit)?

If not, sending it to Nintendo or me is your only option. VERY tricky to disassemble, but I can repair sticky buttons.

I dont have any issues like that with mine . You would have to take it apart to clean them.

You realize that Nintendo had a deal out there , that if you had a DS with dead pixels they will send you another one , all you had to do was give them your credit card number , they send you a new one in the mail , and you send your old one back in the box the new one came in.

This would fix your pixel problem and your stuck button problem , I don't know if they still have this deal going on or not , but it wouldn't hurt to look into.
