    Default Cleaning MVS carts

This may be a strange question, but is there anything special about MVS carts and their connectors that would make it unsafe to use alcohol dilluted with water and q-tips like used on other carts? My boyfriend and I never clean the carts or MVS board (besides wiping the connectors with dry q-tips occasionally) because he seems to remember being told by various MVS collectors that they shouldn't be cleaned that way. As much as I dislike it, we just leave the carts as is and blow on them to get them going if needed. I'd really love to give them a good cleaning, so please let me know if I can treat them like all my other carts. And I'd be happy to hear other recommendations for cleaning too. :)

Hmm... I've never heard of that... I've cleaned mine with a contact cleaner stick (just alcohol with a cloth tip), and it's always worked great for me.
