Here is a little info:

Possibly the rarest PAL game, if any copies made it out, is Polaroid Pete (English PAL version of Gekisha Boy 2). JVC Music Europe, its publisher, disappeared around the time this game was due to be released - but apparently a few copies were given away in a magazine contest, and a few more may have gained limited distribution in parts of Europe.

And a german games-magazine says that it has 64% "gamefun"......

You're gonna find the latest PS1 PAL release online. Please visit the Online Rarity Guide anc choose Playstation and non-u.s. games. BTW, I doubt that you will find a game which we haven't included but it would be great if you do!!!!!

The PS2 list is under heavy construction (albeit online) so there are games and data missing.

The database lists the english releases (see for country specific releases in the discription field) - so the 2 Baphos are under "Broken Sword" (the original english title), find Risiko under Risk.

You did well ( ) when pointing out the special edition for BOF3. We didn't know that only 5000 were made - the mention of the special release is already in the next database queue being sent to Digital Press.

Give us more missing data now

The Breath of Fire 3 Special Edition is a box including the game (with another cover), a dragon figur, a t-shirt and a dragon pin
