Default White 'Sega' Genesis Model 2 quality

There seems to be a company called TecToy in Brazil selling; liscenced Sega hardware.

    http://asp.tectoy.com.br/videogame/index.asp

Just about every popular sega system except the game gear and the sega computers.

Does anyone have one of these?

are they a good build quaility, and what are they compatible with (PAL/NTSC, region codes, voltage ect...)?

do they use the 'good' video chips (sony ones) or is it junk?

All Brazilian systems use PAL-M, which is actually closer to NTSC than the European PAL. On a US TV, I believe you will get a stable black & white image. No idea what video chips are used in the silver Mega Drives.

And TecToy did also release the GameGear in Brazil along with everything else.
