Go with the CDX! great system and because its small doesn't take up much room. Oh and you can use a 32X with it!

Urban legends. Nothing more than that.

The CDx and 32X bundle DO FUNCTION- at least it has run smoothly for me for the past 2 years or so.

Or you could have a Genny 1 with a Sega CD 1 with the 32 X that makes horribly huge the bundle if you want to follow all the stupid regulations about electromagnetic disturbances.
