Default Saturn Back Up RAM Carts

I own 2 Saturn RAM carts and sometimes they let me save and load, but other times, they do not and when I go into the Saturn Memoray manager, at the bottom of th list, there is some strange message that takes up space on the Cart. This message has strange(possibly foreign) characters in it. I have deleted this many times, but it always shows up. What does it mean? How do I fix this?
    Anything would be helpful.

    Hi,

Have you ever used a non-Sega cart such as a 4-in-1 converter cart? If so, these stretch the Saturn's cart slot as the PCB on those third part carts tend to be a little thicker than the offical Sega memory or RAM carts are. If you can avoid it, don't use non-Sega carts on your Saturn.

    Cheers

    Double post sorry.

However, I think there might be some type of file corruption taking place with your memory cards.

You might have to re-format the card unfortunately.

Good to see you only own official product, I was not sure so that is why I raised the 4-in-1.

Sorry I was not much help
