    Default Sonic music question

What's the name of that Japanese band that most of the music is based after?

Also, what's the name of the song the band does that the Starlight Zone music from the first game is based after?
And don't bring up that stupid girlie Aladdin rip off! Shantea?

    Dreams Come True

I don't know the answer to the 2nd part. I do know their song "Sweet Sweet Sweet" is the Sonic 2 ending music.

The Japanese band 'Dreams Come True' played a huge part in promoting Sonic in Japan in 1990. They were also huge players in making both Sonic 1 and 2's music, leading them to do vocal remakes of some of the music from the games - as you say, Star Light Zone and so on. They also did a vocal version of the Sonic 2 ending music, called 'Sweet Dream'. A Japanese and English version is available for download at Sonic CulT's 'Sweet Dream page.

    Sweet Dream?

Perhaps my MP3 is mis-labeled then.

I click on the links and I get:

The file you're looking for isn't there!
This could be for a few reasons:

    1. Sonic CulT doesn't allow external linking to their files. If you came here from another site or forum, this may be why you're getting this.
    2. You may have a download speedup tool or download manager on. We don't allow these.
    3. You may have a firewall on, causing the download script the site uses to become confused.
    4. The file just ain't there.

If you believe this to be an error, please contact a staff member!

    Can anyone upload it?

I found some info about the Starlight Zone song in IMDB:

The background music for Star Light Zone is loosely based on "Kusuriyubi no Kesshin" (ring finger's decision), a Dreams Come True song.
