so lets see...this jerk COPIES the official Dragon Warrior map, then prints and laminates it and sells it for lots of profit. Then, if others try to copy his COPY he gets mad and takes legal action? someone should report him to SquareEnix...he is violating THEIR copyrighted materials.

The people on Ebay that sell pirated shit are really bad. I was selling the episodes of Mario and Zelda cartoons for a while and I was getting turned in everyday by other sellers. They have the nerve to bitch about someone stealing "their" stuff when it is not their's to sell to begin with. They get mad cuz I was selling them for a decent and reasonable price. Dick heads....

Actually, I kinda want to report him. Thats just wrong. he is getting other people in trouble for the same crap he is doing. Do you guys have that ebay link for reporting counterfeit/copy stuff?

Are youy sure those are the official maps? The map I got with my copy of DWII looks nothing like that. I believe they were hand drawn.

well i dont know about DWII but i know that the DW 1 is identical. He might have moved the places where the monsters were but he has the exact same maps for DW1

His sample Zelda map (see his about me page) looks ripped off from the map that came with the game.

All maps use images of sprites from the game, which ae copyrights. However, I'm sure that map makers can copyright their crap even if it's of a copyrighted world/game/whatever.

yea, so zelda as well...see i would not be bothered if he just put his stuff for sale, but since he makes a point in the description to sue people who copy his stuff...which is in fact a copy of other people's work...that pisses me off...
