Someone needs to email this fool and offer him like 400.00 to end the auction early and say something like this way
he can save the final value fees and as soon as it is ended I will send the payment through PayPal. Of course once he
ends the auction for the second time he will be charged the listing fees and the reserve auction fees again. After that
we can all email him and make fun of him

WTF man, leave a negeative! A retalition means nothing, just post a reply stating what happened. 99% of ebayers will understand. You can't let him get away with this, he's an idiot. What you need to do is open another ebay account, and bid his next auction upto $1000, and never pay. Stick him with the fees :-)
