Sounds cool. Is it just the normal cart with 'demo not for resale' on it?Originally Posted by pookninja

the front of the game has a normal label, but on the back it has a white label that says:not for resale-demo gpk only-property of nintendo, store&#,then it has a bar code under that.i played a couple levels of the normal mode of the game, but i didnt get past that,so im not sure how much of the game is on there,i kinda doubt its the full game, but i dont know.,at the title screen of the game,it says demo in the lower right corner, but other then that,it seems like a regular release.Originally Posted by Gunstar_Hero UK

Well, today I went to Thrifty Joe's and found a pretty sweet deal:
Playstation - Vanguard Bandits (complete?) - 10
I was like, "hey, not bad. VB for 10 bucks"...then I walked to the counter to pay and they couldn't find the cds anywhere. So after waiting for about 5 minutes they took my phone number and said they'd call if they show up. Oh well, doubt they'll ever be found. All of them do say they remember seeing the cds because the game was traded in 2 days ago...so who knows.
Got in the Mail:
Werewolf: The Last Warrior (NES)
Battle Chess (NES)
The Karate Kid (NES)
Jeopardy! (NES)
Embassy: The Rescue Mission (NES)
Times of Lore - complete (NES)

And one of my friend's brother found some Genesis cases and a game for me.
Here's some more:
Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance (PS2!!!) $10
See thru Original Gameboy $10
Disaster Report (ps2) $15
Not bad.

My complete Famicom (RF) and complete Bahamut Lagoon came in today. Got them for $150.
Swung by Gamecrazy and they had just got a shipment of complete SNES games in.
I snagged the two best from the lot:
Actraiser
and
Final Fantasy 3
They also had Zelda but since I had the game already I asked if I could buy the box and manuals. Since I was buying the other two he just let me have them.
The whole package cost me $21 after subtracting some store credit I had.
FF3 is in really great shape. One part of the map has a tear on the seam but other than that it's fine.
Both games even had the SNES dust covers.
We saved some guy's life. Killed some vicious murdering lichs and blew up something big. I'd call that a pretty good night.
Picked up Metroid Prime 2: Echoes for my son today, as a kind of "Good-job-you-got-through-Kindergarten" present. He's been wanting it since I got the demo disc back in the fall. Since he finished Halo 2, I figured he'd need something to keep him occupied on those days when it's too humid to go outside and play. (Temperature here Friday is forecasted to be 86F, but with the humidity it'll feel like 102F!)
Went to my local Thrift and scored a Master System bonanza!
I got
Gangster Town (Complete)
Hang On/Safari Hunt (Complete)
Shooting Galery (Complete)
Rampage (Complete)
All for $2.99
Then I got
Rocky (Complete)
Great Golf (Complete)
Parlour Games (Complete)
All for $1.99
And then I also got a complete Master System in the Box for $5.99. And I get it home and open it, and what's inside, but a copy of Phantasy Star! Score!
Also I got a demo of Bug! for the Saturn for $1.99 as well as a copy of the Official Final Fantasy 8 guide for $1.99
And to top it off I got a demo of Destroy All Humans! from my local EB.
Best finds for me in a long while.
I game therefore I am.

Beside the Armored Core: Project Phantasma strategy guide I won from eBay (now maybe I'll finally GET somewhere in the game!), I was nicely surprised w/ this score:
My wife's 8th grade students were cleaning out their lockers for the end of the school year, & some kid had THESE in his locker! He asked "hey, your husband [me] likes video games, right?"
