    Default Mac Mini for Mame-cabinet?

I was thinking of convering my jamma-cabinet to a mame-one. I was thinking about using a Mac Mini for this. Reason behind this idea is the small size of the system which is one of the few that would fit in my cabinet..

So I would like to hear anyone's opinion if this would be a good idea to do it this way. I want to keep the computer control by a bluetooth keyboard and mouse, so I won't need to make extra buttons and ruin the original look of my cabinet.

So do people know if the Mac Mini is powerful enough to run Neo Geo games for example. (My fastest Mac is a B/W G3 upgraded with a G4 450).

If anyone has other tips or hints, you can also give them.

    Also other comments are welcom

I have a Mac Mini, please inform me if you do this. I got the lower model. 1.25 Ghz, but I added a 1GB of ram. If you get one, that is essential. I would LOVE to do my designwork on a MAMEcab!
I have two basic food groups, fast and frozen.

Jasoco, Stingray, Lady Jaye and Icbrkr are all Mac owners and (I believe) MAME users. You might drop your question into one of their laps -- they probably know the Mac Mini's specs.

    I haven't heard
I still play MacMame on my macmini, but that's all. It would be great to see it done and documented on the net. I don't have a clue when building something like this.

Should be fine. Neo-Geo stuff runs on my 400 Mhz G4, the Mac Mini has got a lot more horsepower than that.
