Well, it's been QUiTE some time. In fact, he told me he shipped my XBox around the 10th of December, and if it was coming, it would have been here by now! I have officially given it up for lost. He gave me his name and phone number so I could get ahold of him if anything went wrong. Guess what? It's a wrong number. Big shock. Some asian lady answered and said that I "Have wrong number".

So he was a scammer. Be glad you didn't ship to him, those of you who were planning to. Anyone want to trade me an XBox?

Damn man, sorry to hear that. Do you have any of his info, address or anything? If you do, I'm pretty sure you can contact the local police by him and possibly get him on fraud charges.

maxlords sorry to hear the deal fell through. What are you out? What did you send him? Like butta said , you have his name and address and could contact the local police dept in his town. I am pretty confident they will knock on his door.

I wouldn't be suprised if he shipped it to a work or friends address. If he gave a wrong number, nothing's to say he's not a big enough slime ball to let someone else to take the fall after he's picked up the goods.
