Not sure if this has been asked before, but can you save both Japanese games and US games on the same memory card?

I go online sometimes, but ... everyone's spelling is really bad, and it's ... depressing.

Yup. Same as with original PlayStation games and memory cards. I haven't used my PS2 memory card with both Japanese and US games as extensively as my PSX cards, but to the best of my knowledge and experience, there's no conflict between the regions like occasionally with GameCube memory cards.
That's what I was hoping to hear, thanks alot

i have to add that on occasion, an import ps one game played on a ps one and saved on a ps one memory card will sometimes NOT be read correctly by a ps2. found this out the hard way when i went to resume brightis using my ps2 and a few other aged saves i have here. most of the 40 or so game saves i tried worked, but 3 couldn't be read. not a bad average overall, though. my ps2 stuff is fine, though...
