    Default Microphone controllers for Famicom?

OK, so when the Famicom AV came out in Japan, it saw the introduction of the US-style controller ports. The thing is, the second controller no longer had a microphone built in (thereby eliminating the ability to perform certain codes in Famicom games). So, did Nintendo or somebody else ever release a mic'ed controller specifically for the Famicom AV?

I don't believe so, but I'm sure someone else will say yay or nay.
