    According to this link:

    http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/new...php?story=5685

    This Sega Link site:

    http://segalink.jp/

The 'Sega Classic' games on the Sega Link site are Windows versions of twenty different 16-bit Genesis/Mega Drive titles, including Phantasy Star III, E-SWAT, Columns and Golden Axe. The games are priced at ¥120 ($1.12) for 24 hours’ play, with the site promising that the library of titles will increase to over 100 in the near future.

    This seems pretty cool.
