    Again, not worth buying. It's just the official English Translation over the Japanese version.

    Go play the fan-translation on the Whirlpool, you'll save yourself 400 bucks.

    well, it's different from the final version, so our proto collectors will be interested

    if i had too much money i'd probably buy it, i'd love to have some snes protos

    Well he would lose my bids for the statement that he wants me to sign a contract limiting what I can do with the property if I won it. No thanks. If I were to buy it I expect to be able to do anything I want with it - including release it.

    well, as that contract is against ebay rules you can rip it apart as soon as you get the game....

    It's against Ebay rules to even list prototypes, but sometimes they delete em, sometimes they do not.
