Default Tec Toy, Master Systems, Brazilian TV Signals ARGH!

Well good news is i recieved my Master System Compact Today
However the bad news it, I cant pick up Brazilian TV Signals over here on my TV

I need to get this working badly! however, the question is "How"

The page here tells me that the base frequency (with the chrominance) looks like NTSC and the colour subcarrier is PAL-like but only works on Brazilian TVs - so you need a TV with some NTSC compatibility to get the black-and-white picture.

When I tried (and failed) to get my Japanese SMS to work via RF, I had to use the VHF band frequencies, as opposed to the UHF that UK TV uses - if your TV doesn't support that (and for 99.9% of people it doesn't have to) then you might get nothing.
Hmmm, good points, the site he quoted is:

PAL-M is not compatible with PAL, but the black & white part of the signal is compatible with NTSC. Only Brazil & Laos use PAL-M so their consumer recorders often have the color circuitry to play back PAL-M & NTSC.
Hmm so PAL-M isnt compatible with PAL

So i guess my questions are....

    1. Can i mod this system to be PAL Friendly? For example, taking the RF unit off an existing Master system and replacing the one on the Super Compact, or is the video signal within the console circuit board?
(i dont wanna try if i dont know)

    2. Is there such thing as a RF to Composite Cable (i had an Idea using the AV ports would pick it up)
(Or maybe mod an AV port into it )

Any help whatsoever will be appreciated

I'm not super knowledgable about this, but the one way I know to get exotic TV broadcast variants in is through a video capture card/TV tuner. The one I have has an option for PAL-M (and a ton of other odd variants). Of course, you'd need to go through a PC to get it working, and capture cards tend to degrade the signal a bit, so it probably wouldn't be an ideal solution.

I think they can be modded for RGB, but I'm not sure. The SMS Power gurus are probably yr best bet if you wanna try that.
