Depends on where you're purchasing it from.
Around ebay a game of chrono trigger will cost you $30 - $40.
Add the manual, and it's up to $50 - $55
If you got a badly damaged box, and a manual, expect to pay anywhere from $60 - $70
Actually I just found out that there is no manual. There are however those Nintendo spam though I doubt that'll change the price since it's in almost every snes game.
