I have two GBC favorites: Toki Tori and Dragon Warrior III. I didn't really get into the GBC.
Link's Awakening DX and R-Type DX belong in EVERY GBC collection.
The fact that R-Type DX didn't make this official list is a crime. I might also add Monster Rancher Battle Card because it's a decent port of one of my favorite PlayStation games.
Currently catching up on PSN, WiiWare, Wii U E-Shop and Xbox Live Arcade exclusives I missed.
It's been nearly three years since my first post in the thread, and unsurprisingly, I own and have played more GBC games. Here's some more stuff I like:

Top Gear Pocket (though I wish it had a battery save like the sequel, instead of a password save).

-Street Fighter Alpha- Warrior's Dreams (Holy hell, how did they pull this off on the GBC in the first place?)

Cannon fodder sounds like garbled static but the FMV is amazing for a GBC game.
