Are these systems PAL? I know Brazil/Brasil uses the PAL TV format instead of NTSC...

Yes, tec toy still exists, sell systems with many games inside but not games anymore

These systems are PAL-M, different than PAL and NTSC but you can use converters or plugged in PC

Most of the more expensive PAL/NTSC signal covertors will also work with a Brazilian PAL-M signal. Try Googling for "PAL/NTSC Signal Converter".
You'll struggle to find one for less than £200 or so, mind.

I sold some of these systems to european people and they use convertors to play it in PAL tvs but I don't know details about these convertors. I found a information before that Pal to ntsc covertors works in PAL-M systems but I don't confirm it
