Default NES Stack-up Brand New version? / Nintendo Black Sticker?

Hi, I wonder how to know if a stackup is factory sealed. I recently saw those picture that got me wondering:

    1. There was not any horizontal seam, I guess that would be normal for a big boxe games?

    2. There is a seal, but is it genuine?

    3. The reason I ask #2, is under the seal, there is also a nintendo black sticker. I thought those Nintendo black sticker was used only for Mattel's Foreign release, therefore I am wondering where they were used and was it only for foreign Mattel release?

Any information regarding my questions or related to it will be greatly appreciated.

I have seen two versions of Stack Up, one with shrink-wrap (no horizontal seal on the back) that I got a number of from a store closing auction (Lionel Kiddie City) and no shrink-wrap with just the black Nintendo seal. That's definitely not to say that a third variation doesn't exist, but the black seal alone makes it look pretty good.

The one with shrinkwrap, had a black nintendo seal or it was with shrinkwrap without nintendo seal?

And the seal one, it had no h-seam right?

There is probably a couple of mattel version around too.

I'm pretty sure all PAL-games had the black sticker.

    No seal, shrinkwrap only.

Interesting because that one has plastic seal + nintendo black sticker it seems.

Also about European release, the only one I have seen with black sticker are the one from Mattel. Am I wrong, or they have all been done with a black sticker (which I highly doubt) or which one have been released that way?

At least the PAL games published by Nintendo had them.

And they were not the one from Mattel? I thought PAL games have no real seal. Weird that they are very not common on ebay. The only pal release I saw sealed, have been Mattel one with Nintendo black sticker.
