Default How possible would a light mod be on a DC 4x?

I've got a couple of the official sega 4x cards for Dreamcast now, and I was thinking of delegating one of them to be just for PAL games. This got me thinking how awesome it would be if the lights would light up in blue. I've seen inside of them before, and the lights were really tiny things that seemed to be part of the board, so I was wondering if anyone knew, or could quickly theorize, how simple making this happen could be.

Are the lights in these things something that can be replaced? Where would one FIND blue ones? Could something be done with the clear plastic parts to make it illuminate in blue instead, despite the light being orange?

Or is there a PAL version of these that ARE blue and I should just look for one of those?

Possibly a picture of one in the thread to avoid confusion would help.

Yeah, I mean the 4x cards, picture of one can be seen here: http://dreamcast-talk.com///DSCF0311.JPG

I am afraid this is something crazy impossible just due to the lack of parts, but I figured I'd ask anyway.

it's not that crazy or impossible, you will however need ALOT of practice soldering surface mound before you try it, and will probably have to find a broken mobile phone with blue leds in it as a donor.. i have a certificate saying i can do that shit, but it's very difficult without the propper tools.
