I remember someone asking about these for the Megadrive a while ago but I don't recall any mention of ones for the GameGear.

I can comfirm at least one set that was released the pack is two standard GG game boxes set back to back in a plastic outer sleeve with a card wrap round (front, one side & back) inserted inside the sleeve.

Interesting - I've got a bunch more additions for the PAL GG list, so I'll mention this too when I next have the file.
