Default Brazilian vcs cart not in list

    Hi Joe,

    Check out

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=1944959591

I won this item and have received it. It says "gran match" on it, but it is actually a 4-in 1. The plastic case says Digivision, but the cart doesn't. Is this common for Digivision games? Also, how rare are those digivision cart cases themselves (ie-did all digivision ga,es come w/ one?)?

    Thanks!

I see a lot of Digivision carts and i think itīs not very common, but here in Southamerica these carts are very cheap and this game really sucks, i have the same but argentinian version.

    Hi Rob!

The plastic case is from a Digivision cartridge. Gran Match carts are more hard to find than Digivision carts. Digivision carts aren't rare, just uncommon (maybe common), but the plastic cart cases are hard to find in the wild. Digivision carts may have a plastic box or a cart-size cardboard box. Boxes for any Brazilian Atari 2600 carts are usually hard to find in Brazil, except for the Dactar 4-in-1 carts.
If you have more interest for Brazilian Atari 2600 carts please check my homepage:

Feel free to send an e-mail if you have any questions, or if you wish to trade something.

    Best regards,

    Sergio

Thanks, Scmsx! So does that mean, the Gran Matdch is not a digivision game, and doesn't really go with that case?

Yes, I believe the Gran Match is not related to Digivision, but I never saw a Gran Match box. Now thinking better there is a high probability that such empty plastic boxes were sold separetely to store loose carts. I own several Digivision carts from my childhood and I never purchased a Digivision game with plastic box on that time, only with small carboard boxes (I always purchased that pirate carts from the same place). But I recently found a Digivision cart with a Digivision plastic box in the wild...
Is there any sticker on the plastic box?

    Best regards,

    Sergio

    Default Hi Sergio

    Hi Sergio,

There aren't any stickers on the box. Anybody else ever seen a Gran Match box? Maybe they did just randomly throw it in a Digivision case...

Great site, by the way! I hope to buy some games from you soon!

    Yours,
    Rob

Yes, there is a possibility the loose cart was thrown in the Digivision case, maybe by the eBay seller (to sell for a higher price?), or someone who sold the game to that eBay seller...

Hey, scmsx, do you find NES stuff around Brazil pretty often? There's some stuff I'm looking for, a lot of it for Digital Press reasons (i.e. the Megasoft/CCE blue carts).
