THat seller still would be out about $0.25 just for listing. Maybe if he included a few links like to DP and Atariage, that'd help a lot?

I'd use the same tactic if I had a chance to list anything on eBay. I'm sure eBay allows free relisting so you could keep that free notice up for a long time. I'd have to check the rule on making link to web site as there is some restriction.
