Nobody should always think "Meh, my colleciton is too small" or something like that. I'm 15 an I don't own that much games (8 systems, 61 games total), but I'm really happy with the games I own.
I get 10 € (12 € or so) per week from my parents, and with that money I have to manage 2 hobbies: game collecting and tabletop games (warhammer, perhaps somebody knows it^^).
So my collection grows slow but steady. IMO, it's only important that you are still in contact with the hobby, even if don't have the money to buy 5 new games every week. So the "slow but steady metod" works fine for me.

I love seeing all the people who don't want to bother with rare games. It's hard enough competing with those who do. Hence the rarest game I have is Starfox Super Weekend. Not rare enough for my blood.

yea i was wondering that too, i'm 20 and only have 3 R5 games (megaman 5, boulder dash, and tengen Mrs.Pac Man)
Wait..... your only 19, and can buy all that stuff? I'm 21 and I still can't / wouldn't fork out 250 for a game no matter how much i want it. Props to you though.
As far as the topic goes, Just keep collecting. I have a few "hard to find/rare" games besides that, the rest are just games I like and enjoy.

i might have rarer games but i dont have all of them in my lists yet, i have about 150 over a few different systems and its always getting added to with "couple a buck" games
what i am most proud of is my megaman collection, at least 1 version of each megaman game for all the systems, all of the NES megaman games (6 complete bought new for $5 when i was a kid) now to portable megaman
