Default who is really savvy on european ps1 games?

while searching for "worst ps1 games ever" lists on google today, i game across quite a few unfamiliar names in databases. while most people that i know on here that deal with "imports" usually refer to the japanese counterparts, i don't have knowledge of someone savvy with european only releases and whatnot.

my computer is still kind of crapped out, so if i missed a former thread using the search engine where this was already discussed, my apologies.

Most all of my collection is PAL, and I've seen some real horrors over time too, so ask away and we'll see what we can help with.

damn, i was so absorbed in searching that i basically forgot to check back at the thread. i did manage to find a new beat 'em up (rather, a hack 'n slash) by the name of Legend. i'm guessing its related to the snes title and movie of the same name?

either way; which games, pal-exclusive, would you totally point out as a terrible product?

On the other hand, there are some real gems to come from the PAL world.

For example, Hell Night [J too], or Terracon.

Or Midas for that matter. Nice Cats, although aimed at kids, was utter drivel. Thankfully their PS2 output improved.

I haven't got Legend myself but I believe it was developed by the same crew that did the SNES version. It's not related to the movie (not officially anyway).

My favorite for the worst PAL-exclusive is Strike Force Hydra, a shooter also seen on GBA. It's a real pooper.

I have "Legend" in my collection and will check it out tonight - sadly no Tangerine Dream score like in the movie (that doesn't mean that the game is releated to the movie )

I have to check SFHydra some day as I thought it to be a solid 2D shmup checking the screenshots
