I have a lot of extra Genesis and other Sega equipment to sell. I have a couple feedbacks here on DP and a lot on eBay under nebrazca78. Hardware -
Sega CDX system, excellent condition but CD window is cracked, works perfectly - $80
Master System 3-D glasses, excellent condition with box, all styrofoam and instruction manual - $100 - On eBay
Sega CD backup RAM cartridge w/box & manual - $30
Manually selectable 1MB/4MB RAM cartridge for Sega Saturn. Also allows you to play imports on your Saturn. I've tested it and it works with X-Men, Marvel and Pocket Fighter. - $25
