I think there will be a price drop, most likely the gamecube, and I have a feeling the xbox will get a price drop to $99, just so they can get rida whats left.

Um, where's the option for "NONE of the above?"

I'd be SHOCKED to see any price drop.

    PS2- Still selling great.
XBOX- See above. I'd imagine they'll have no problem selling these babies at $150 until they're gone.
DS- Just had a price drop.
GCN- Nintendo really can't drop the price of the GC because then they'd have to really drop the price of the SP even lower. It already looks bad enough that the DS costs more than the Cube.
PSP- Well, I guess if there will be any price drops happening it will be here, but I don't see it happening until the first of the year.

edit: Just MHO but I don't think that $199 is a magical number for any portable. I believe that $99 is the number that's just right. But hey, that's just me...oh wait, I did pay $200 for my N-Gage QD...damn't but its a phone too. =)

ps2 only sells good because of how they manage the pricings, i belive they'll follor like the PSX so it should be hitting $100 soon, they have followed the previous playstation's schedule almost exactly now...

i thought game cubes were already $79?

Yeah...why no option for "none"? That'd get my vote.

That is seriously the most confusing and convoluted poll I've ever seen. Maybe this wasn't a good poll question.

I can't even tell if this is an option, but here's what I think...

    Handhelds:

    DS, maybe nearer to Xmas.
PSP, only if Nintendo goes first.

    Home systems:

    Xbox, for certain.
    Gamecube, likely.
    PS2, small if any.

PS2, probably a $20 drop by christmas. I think nintendo doesn't worry about microsoft and will most likely keep everything where it is. Xbox will probably stay where it is, or match the PS2's pricepoint. $150 isn't bad compared to a $600 bundle that comes with 2 games.

I think the xbox will go down to $99. The PS2 will probably follow suit.

The PSP should drop to $199 (key word there - should. It probably won't knowing sony.)

The DS just dropped to $129, Which is good where it is. I'm finally gonna get one.

The Gamecube will stay @ $99 - but will throw in a few games (probably Metroid Prime 2, RE:4, and Smash Bros. Meelee).

    That's my guess.
