    Default How to dump NES games?

    Can someone give me a guide on how to dump a NES game? I cant find anything on zophar's page or google :\

    basically you are screwed

    there are no copiers for NES (well, there are like 10 in the world, and new ones have to be build for ~200 bucks) so your only option would be to take of the rom of the pcb and dump it with an eprom reader or sth like that :/

    i guess that explains why there are over 150 undumped pal nes games

    Ah.. so its that much trouble to dump, didnt know that.

    Actually, Kevin Horton is going to be selling his CopyNES units again next month. Get your wallets ready. There basically is no better NES dumper out there.

    i said you could buy a copier for 200 bucks, his (kevtris) price will probably go down to 150 for the next batch, but still, it's not a cheap thing to do
