I got a neg from a real ******

Heres a story about a neg i got which ebay refused to remove, i sell this charlie sheen movie to this guy ebay id - ikonmonster - anyway he never pays, so i wait, send him reminders, and nothing, no reply, a few weeks go by, and i report him as a non bidder, so i can get my final value fee back, all of a sudden he leaves me a neg saying that he recieved the movie, but instead of a charlie sheen film it contained animal porn!, now i have not even sent this bastard the film, what a loser, anyway i complain to ebay to get it removed, as 1. there is no record of him paying, 2. the words animal porn may be offensive to my prospective buyers

but did they remove it?

of course not.

According to their policies, they ought to remove it. It is both potentially offensive and libellous. I would be tempted to re-contact them and make that point again in stronger terms.

I would be pissed big time if that happened to me. I would ask (tell) eBay to remove it again.

This probably won't make you feel any better but I don't think I would take that comment seriously if I was a bidder looking at your feedback. Especially if everything else around it was positive.
