Something Sid Meier-like. Goodness knows you'd be wading a minfield to end all minefields (Defining "winners" and "losers" in the context of religion? Very bad idea.)
I think something that actually drew upon religious traditions could make a good videogame, instead of turning it into a commodity. But that's another whole can of worms I'll be wise to avoid opening.
