OK I know..I'm a moron but could someone tell me how to change the theme on the 360 dashboard? I can't seem to figure it out.

I was wondering that myself after i downloaded the Penny-Arcade skin.

Is there any way to preview one of these skins before downloading it? I don't want to get one of these if I can't see it first...I picked up the Denver Broncos picture, only to see that it has the EA Sports logo on the bottom of it.
