Uh, no ... it doesn't. It's illegal, but it doesn't have anything to do with breaking into an individual's home and stealing their material possessions. Sorry about the loss, but you're way off base with that statement.

Intellectual property is still property. You steal from Nintendo/Sega/et cetera. Just like stealing songs from Madonna or Avril Levigne or your local college band.

You take their intellectual property.
You steal their hard work.

intellectual property is a F*ed up term if you ask me. Its like saying hey the silence in the room in which I'm using to think and be intellectual and what not is mine so you have to pay me if you want to talk and disrupt my silence because its infringing on my intellectual property.

Look, the main point is: This guy had 50 games in a box. They all got stolen at once. Yeah, it could've been worse, but none of us would be in a great mood if it happened to us right?

In the name Jesus Tits, would it kill any of us, for just this one thread, to give the guy a frickin' break and respond with a simple expression of sympathy instead of sarcasm, accusations (via poor reading comprehension) of bad ebay practices and general pissing match behavior just because he has opinions that you don't agree with and doesn't express them with the flare that you require? I'm not saying to let him slide with those asides elsewhere, but jeez, in the context of this thread why kick someone when they're obviously down?

Quite obviously, alot of readers found his comments asinine and irrelevant, despite his loss. If someone is going to act like a jackass I would expect them to get called out on it.
