    I know, it's pretty frustrating to have everybody overlook your thread. But from the other side, it's hard to catch everything in big threads...

    I think it's because of the Sony lawsuit that they think they have a chance.

    However. The 360s are clearly under warranty, Microsoft is being super-nice, frivouous lawsuits suck. If you dropped a 360 in your lap (after being on for a few hours) and burned yourself (down there), you would have a better chance of getting money from Microsoft. In fact! I noticed no suck warning.

    Excuse me, I'm going to go drop a burning 360 in my lap now. Then I will open the cd tray too close to my eyes, hopefully disfiguring myself. Cha-ching!!
