That and also from reading the auction he has a proportionally large collection of games with manual and box compared to incomplete carts. That toaster deck looks to be in pretty good shape and the stack of Nintendo Powers certainly doesn't hurt the auction.
And the guy is based in Montreal, which means that any Nintendo-published games (such as Dragon Warrior and Zelda) will be marked as Canadian ed (usually with bilingual English/French box and instructions). That could be a plus for an American collector. Oh, and the NES was distributed in Canada by Mattel Canada (there's usually a Mattel Canada sticker underneath the console). For most of you, it doesn't make a difference (the console is identical aside from that sticker), but someone who lives in the US and who wants to collect variants might be more interested.
The same phenomenon can be observed with the Sega Master System: in Canada, it was originally distributed by Irwin, not by Tonka.
