    Default Harvest Moon Fishing ?

I was in my local GAME today & noticed this title.

In the enchanted and mervellous village of Water Drop there is friendly family that lives in a nice small house.

One day, during the summer holydays, I decided to start a journey, a journey to search for the legendary King river.
What I discover lately is that my sister started the same journey, my father did…and my mother too.
The long journey of all these characters has now started...

    FEATURES
    - Easy-to-pick Gameplay. - Explore relaxing enviromens full of details - Take control of the family member which you prefere. - Challenge in several tournaments. The more competiton you won, more the money that can be used to upgrade your equipment - Catch as much as fish as you can, gain experience points and challenge more skilled fishermen!
I've seen no reviews or previews or anything. Has anyone bought this game or knows more about it ?

    EDIT

I see that it's getting a US release next year under the title 'River King - A Wonderful Journey'.

It's probably the console sequal to the "Legend of the River King" games, one of which I know was on GBC. It was sort of a fishing RPG and I believe was very similar to the Harvest Moon games. Both are published by Natsume and developed by Marvelous Interactive.

Sorry that's not a very educated answer. But it's what I know off the top of my head.

It is good, assuming you can learn how to fish. The fishing mechanics actually require skill, and it is easy to get discouraged early on when you can catch a bite, let alone real in a fish. It is a bit different from Harvest moon in that there is turn based RPG style combat.

In River King 2, you could trade with the farmers from Harvest Moon, so I guess both series take place in the same world.

Thanks for that - it sounds quite interesting. I think I might pick it up before it disappears from the shelves.
