8 of the hardest to find XBOX games - $30

Alright, I am giving up my XBOX collection to buy drumsticks. The titles are as follows:
-Sneakers (Toys R' us Exclusive)
-Outlaw Volleyball Red Hot (Sealed, blockbuster exclusive)
-Outlaw Golf: 9 more holes of x-mas (Sealed, blockbuster exclusive)
-Kakuto Chojin (recalled, microsoft says it doesnt exsist)
-Freestyle Street Soccer (blockbuster exclusive)
-Lucas arts expierence demo disc 1.
-Exhibition demo disc 1.
-Chronicles of Riddick preorder bonus dvd (never played)

All titles include instructions and are in good condition. I cant get some of the sticker residue off of Sneakers, but it is still in pretty good shape. I will also throw in a "for display only" display case for Brute Force, which includes instructions. It was a promo case and does not include the game.
I have traded a lot on these board and have a reputable ebay ID. Thanks,
