Default Anyone here played KOF 2002 for the Dreamcast?

How is the port compared to the Neo Geo AES, or the PS2? I just happened to buy the DC 2002 version, and just want some input of some opinions.

Why do you have kof 2k2 on the Neo Geo AES? The port for DC is excellent and PS2 both alot less than NG. The Sound will be better cause it aint a cart and visually a tiny bit better. I think there is a newer version of KOF on PS2 which is glitzier cause it aint a 16bit port more modern graphic modeling.

They are worse, its a little slower, and the DC/ps2 versions have dizziness. If you want arcade perfect ports, stick with the neogeo.

The graphics are worse on the ports dude. Only the music sounds better.

And the music didn't sound great to begin with. Sheesh...

Sorry, I'm a big fan of KOF98 on the Neo (and not the DC version!)

    2. You better have your Neo Geo AES modded, cause the core aint no MVS.

    3. The original is always better.

    4. Who cares about minor graphical differences? It's a 2D fighting game, what really matters is the gameplay (timing, etc) and it's never perfect in a port.

    5. You better have a MVS Arcade Cabby then.

    6. Scrap it and get SF if you think the original is better.

They fucked up there too, they added the ability to dizzy your character in the DC version, dunno about PS2 version.

Only get it if you don't have a MVS or AES
