Can't stop laughing. I guess "don't punch prostitutes" is a more sensible game design choice than "punch the trannsexuals!"

GameSpot's preview was quite encouraging in that they felt the spirit of the series was still present. We'll have to wait and see, I guess.
Well, where else can you punch random street objects and get goodies? This time around it makes sense, though. In Final Fight if there were parking meters to punch (say), you'd be as likely to get a necklace or gold bar as anything. But yes, that seems promising. I'm keeping an open mind about it.
The demo I played at E3 was surprisingly fun. Had that Final Fight feel to it, will it even be in the same league as the original? We'll have to wait and see.

Of all the franchises Capcom decided to resurrect, this one seems the most surprising to me. I guess all of their other series got represented in Capcom Classics Collection, heh.

Yeah I've been keeping an eye on this one, eager to see how it pans out. Don't really understand why they added things like "reputation points" or a "story" though. It's Final Fight, just let me spinning piledrive some goons and bash Hugo over the head with a lead pipe. I'll make up the story as I go along.
Hmmm, I'll definitely have to wait and see on this one. I'm as big a Final Fight fan as anyone, but I'm a tad skeptical. However, I hope to be proven wrong. It's hard to image Final Fight being a bad thing, but if it's too cookie cutter it might be...the screen shots don't seem super-original or anything.
