I dont see why people would care that much about someone using a pic tho. The only reason I can see the harm is if the pic doesnt show the true condition of the item. Sux for the buyer then. But other than that I dont see the what the big deal is.
Well this guys is stealing bandwidth from the site owner who owns the pic. Bandwidth isn't free.
