Cyberball 2072 and Fatal Fury Special are out, surprisingly for 400 points each

So why am I having more fun with Cyberball than I am with Fatal Fury Special?


Fatal Fury plays in all it's beautiful Neo-Geo glory. But no option to upgrade the GFX?? That's just lazy.

on the flip side I played 4 minutes into the game and unlocked one in FF special...... I have to check 360acheivements, to see what they are for that game..

I have about half of them, and the other half looks as if I will have to play coop or against a live opponent.

As of last night, I had the 3rd highest score on XBL. By the end of the week, I hope to have blown the rest of the score out of the water.

For once the Virtual console got the better games this week.

While Sonic 2 is a great game, I always thought Sonic 3 was the best original Sonic title. And it's even better with Knuckles.

Sonic 3 is good but I actually like Sonic CD more, either way I'm guessing there is going to be alot of Sega games coming to live.

Sonic 2 was a nice suprise, it popped up in the arcade almost immediately after I beat Streets Of Rage 2 with a friend of mine.

And Ikaruga SURE WOULD BE APPRECIATED

Todays game: Geon: Emotions. It's "interesting", kinda like a weird offshoot of Pac-Man....

Shmup purists might say that Ikaruga is more puzzle game than shooter; though any vitriol is mostly directed at press coverage of the game (hyperbole like: Best Shooter Ever) than at the game itself.

Personally, I think it's an outstanding shmup and XBLA is much better off for it, though I am more interested in Omega Five than Ikaruga.
